Pictures of buildings mentioned in the “Suffolk” volume of “The Buildings of England” series by Sir Nikolaus Pevsner.

Somersham has several interesting buildings but the only one apart from the church mentioned by Pevsner (pp423/4, 2nd edition) is Tudor Grange which I think is the one below.  The side facing away from the road is not accessible and is presumably even prettier.  Of it, Pevsner says:  “W of the inn, across the bridge (actually in Nettlestead parish). Timber-framed, C16, highly picturesque with its (later) brick nogging.”
